Plans for Manila 2.5 ROM??
 

I was curious if there were any plans on a new ROM with Manila 2.5 for the Vogue? I really like the look ,but haven't seen any for the Vogue. Also the calendar and SMS look great on some of the newer 6.5 with Manila 2.5.

1 - it doesnt have the screen (it was hard enough to try to port it to VGA, but QVGA just isnt worth it...)

2- It doesnt have the Processor (we have a hard time getting it to run smoothly on the TP2 with a well optimized 528mhz CPU, i cant imaging how much it will drag on a 400mhz)

3- it doesnt have the RAM (part of the reason it has its speed issues with the TP2 is because it was designed for a device that has over 100MB RAM more than us, it will defenetly murder a 128MB)

PS: you can try Android with SenseUI. I saw a build on XDA just released that has it running full speed and no lag whatsoever with almost everything working

I did not know all that, thanks for the info. What is the Android build called? I've tried a couple different ones and they all seemed to have some serious issues.

Manila 2.5 sense ui was made for HTC Leo aka Touch HD 2 I beleave

Once there is more info about WM7 and you guys going to be able to cooks ROMs for the Vogue?

I don't know all the details but WM7 most likely notbe coming for the Vogue. The Vogue is simply too old & out dated.

not quite. it runs a skinned manila2d 2.0. but its nowhere as much functionality and full featured as HTC Sense 2.5
