Just some quick questions
What did you build your OEM's with?
Are you getting any errors when building?
Does it appear in the start/settings/home/items?
Do you get tap here to launch Touchflo?

I have attached the ones I use and they work flawlessly. I don't remember where I got them but it was on XDA.

I also use that OEM creator but I have had problems with the Dsn and Rgu's it writes for certain cabs.
Use the OEM package I attached above and you should be good. Unzip them all into you user OEM file. It may throw out some XML errors when you start PPC kitchen just ignore it click OK and be sure to choose all of the files in the kitchen it self. They work for me everytime.
I forgot to note that this OEM package has only the needed files for the new M2D version.

I had problems with that build at first but it loads and all is well now. I noticed that it was happening when I tried using the start up animation.
