Well the biggest thing is just that our regs are the same, and yet GPS works on his, but not on mine....
Also last night 3+ builds came out corrupted so I'm trying again now, this one has some changed icons in it, and they are very nice :)

Have you tried your gps with the stock rom ? To make sure it's not the Phone..

I know the gps works, on vins rom. I'm using it now. But when I load the vorted rom, it just keeps searching for satellites.

My bad tmz, by works on his and not on mine, I meant roms, not phones. :)

*EDIT*
WTF, something has gone wrong with my RUU's I think.... When flashing via RUU, it finishes, then says the image is corrupt, but I'm currently flashing via SDCard, and so far no problems.... will update in a minute if it worked or not.

Okay, the RUU problem is caused by an OEM that is messing up the entire thing.
The only OEM that has been added/changed is the Icon OEM, before this was added, the build worked fine, and this is the only thing changed.
... I dont know what to do.
