same problem... it wont allow me to do anything but charge... i cant get any pics of music on it. HELP!

The new WM6.5 only works with Exchange Server 2007....

Lots of people have been reporting that 2003 does not work with it any longer...

idk about 6.1 though, but 6.5 i know for sure doesnt work with 2003

does everyone have the problem with 6.1 where the txt messages dont pop up?

i might know whats causing it

EDIT: I do know why now, all of the roms have it disabled by default because thats the way the rhodium has it....

When i ported the Rhodium sounds then rgu automatically disables it, so i removed it and i will make new roms asap....

but in the meantime, all you have to do is go into the sounds and notifications and enable display message

(Tell me, do y'all like it? Personally I like it:
1. Because I dont have to make new roms
2. I dont have to deal with save as reading it or dismissing it
3. its like the rhodium

and if you dont like it, you can easily turn it on, or you could even make an XML or cab and have it install with UC for all your ROMs that have UC)

Im liking 6.5, I have ran into 3 problems, im pretty sure one of them is from touchpal, but not sure about the other.... When using touchpal, when I type, the first word in my text doesnt type, it only puts the first letter of the work, then if i try again it works, never happened in previous roms, but not a huge deal...

second (and i believe this has been covered) the screen seems to be unresponsive at times (I will look back a few threads for a fix if there is one, but too lazy right now...) I seem to have to beat the phone to do a double tap to zoom in on Opera.

Lastly I get an error after a while, that needs me to restart... I dont remeber what it says, but It is very long, something about system memeory i tihnk and whenever I get it the first error, every program i try to open after that gets the same error and i cant do anything until i soft reset.

But again, Love the rom, and looking forward to the next rom! Ive only tried your roms, very heppy with them, so why try another ?


Question reguarding 6.5 for everyone... does anyone know how to make default browser Opera? I dont like PIE, and wish I could make opera open when I click on links, also on the today screen have Opera be used on the favorites tab instead of Pie....

Ok I posted a new 6.5 that fixed alot....try that ;)

TouchPal, sucks...sorry, tried it 2.0 and 3.0 and 3.5 all suck

Sensitity has been fixed...

check XDA there is a Opera Plugin, just get that ;)

Once I update it I don't need to use the unlocker anymore for all subsequent upgrades right?

That's correct, after you unlock once your good to go. No need to run the unlocker again.

Is there any way to change to opera on the today screen instead of PIE?

just tried the 6.5 Bell, first time ever, everything seems nice, but I dunno personally I prefer the 6.1 layout better, how do we get the weather thingy on the main screen? and is there anyway to add things to the main menu or change the back ground etc...? I know i should do some reading, but I am too lazy lol

For weather, search for Titanium Weather. THat will add a weather entry to the 6.5 home screen. I have installed some themes that change the background. Nothing major, you just put the tck (or is it tsk) file in the windows folder and it shows up in the theme selector. As for adding things to the main scren, as far as I know it is a REALLY arduous process.
