[ROM] Build 21109 XIP & SYS
 

I found this a few weeks ago but couldn't upload it anywhere (even my server) for some unknown reason. I'm releasing it now in the hopes that new and up n' coming ROM chefs can have a 'pure enough' base to start with should they want to practice porting and translating (it's in Mandarin/Cantonese I think). I would like see this pan out so that the excellent ROM chefs of these and other forums will at least paste a link to the where they got their original XIP and SYS packages or a place where they have uploaded.
