Thanks, RG. I don't have that option in the Verizon ROM. I do have the "Plus Code Dialing" which did not make a difference.
Doing some research, I found the following article:

Is that helpful? The funny thing is that everything worked on 1.5. So, my best guess is that something changed in 1.6.

O.k. i tried reflashing the rom but got the same result(sprint full) so i flashed the newest htc rom. What should i do now? dl and flash this rom again or start from the very beginning and do the unlocker too?

Just flash again....no need to use the unlocker again.

i'm using the telus rom of 1.6 but my internet isn't working? what can i do to get it going?

it was working before i loaded this rom

Go to settings and get settings for INTERNET and will get it to work!!

is it required to update the radio to bell's...i have the one that came with telus's rom 3.41.00 and it is not connecting to gps....would the 3.42.50 be the issue?

You should always update your device to the newest official ROM and run the unlocker, before flashing to a custom ROM. The Bell 3.42.50 would be a good place to start....hope this helps.

I had to do what they talk about here once. You only have to do this after you let customizations run in the Telus ROM.

the thing is that i had to do the QPST thing when i had the stock rom....do i have to do it again with WDM's rom? or would i be able to avoid this by updating the radio to 3.42.50 from 3.41.00?

Has anyone else had an issue with notifications like "Cannot execute DeviceLock.exe" when turning the screen on? It's not always DeviceLock.exe, sometimes it's REPLLOG.EXE or something like that, and occasionally something else that I have forgotten at the moment. I've been having this fairly frequently with 1.6, and am trying to see if it's something I installed causing it or if it's inherent in the ROM. Didn't have it with 1.3, but do with 1.6, and I have the same progs loaded (SecondToday, PhoneAlarm, and SPB Time would be my top culprits).

Anyone else see it? And another round of thanks for WDM for an awesome ROM!

Hey all,

Just wondering if anyone knows what the program "Display Switch" is supposed to do. It seems to just turn off the display, but I'm wondering if it can do something a little more interesting than that (like output the display to a computer via USB or Bluetooth).

Nooooo!!! This ROM is FLAWLESS in all regards, except there is something different about it, compared to all other ROMS, and that PhoneWeaver cannot control the SMS sound, or the Reminder sound.

I get the "notify" beep when I get a text or reminder...

A deal-breaker, since I need to hear my texts and reminders... I just can't seem to find anything I can change to fix this :(

Anyone else having issues with Comcast email? My email worked fine until I flashed to this ROM. Now it syncs the first time I create the account but will not work after that. If I delete and recreate it syncs fine the first time, but then stops working again.

Nope, nothing special it just turn the screen off. I believe it's part of PSshut, which has a little more features like soft reset, device off.... I think "display toggle" or "screen off" would be a more appropriate name for it though.

Great ROM!! I seem to be having a problem with my Hotmail Account. When I go to set up it refers me over to windows live and I have to sign in through Opera Mobile. When I hit FINISH the hotmail account doesn't stay. Do I have to go through Opera or the Internet everytime I want to check my e-mail?

Ok, after reading through this thread i couldnt find this answer. All the things that were "removed" from 1.6. Is that only for the clean version and the full version still has everything?

iContact and People Widget

Does anyone know how to edit the All People link in the People widget so that iContact will display instead of Outlook Contacts? I have edited the HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Shell\Rai\:MSCONTACTS: so that it will display the iContact program but this doesn't seem to affect the All People link in the People Widget. Any help would be appreciated.

FYI, it seems to have been affected after I installed Second Today

I installed my own and tried the included one... Neither will connect.

Go in with QPST and check, I only had to do it once after putting the telus updated ROM on. I have flawless GPS using v1.5 of this ROM. I'm also just running the new telus radio, I'm not changing it unless I see a need to.

Hello ive been running this rom since the 30th I really like it ..thank you wdm great job no errors or lockups had a little sMMs problem worked around that thanks to Gullzway..
My question is can I load gps today if so where will it be running at obviously not on this home screen OR do you recomend gps viewer or htc gps tool over the gps today ???

GPS accuracy isn't so good. Anyway to make it more accurate? It often off enough to fool my windows live or Tom Tom into thinking Im on the next road over
