PPCGeeks - UPDATED 1-08-2009 Dette Diamond Edition v2.4 Beta 1 RELEASED!

I'm not sure why, but this ROM always leaves a multicolored bar at the top of the screen. It's very small, but annoying. Does anyone else see this? It's like the Start Bar doesn't reach the top of the screen.

I made it so I can turn the VistaHidebattery bar on and off, it always starts automatically because of the shortcut in the folder device\windows\startup Vistahidebaterry.lnk everytime you start your touch you start anything in that folder.

So I just moved the .Lnk file to the folder device\windows\start menu\programs
and then reset, now it doesn't start automatically and in my "programs" the battery meter shows up and you can click on it to turn the battery meter on, and the hit the icon again and it closes the battery bar.

I actually selected that shortcut for one of my start menu selections so I can easily turn the battery meter on and off.

Is there anything I can do to assist in testing/debugging the bluetooth issue. Can we compare loaded .dll files from other roms that it works on? or running processes?

I took a little break when I switched Carriers.. I do hope to continue work on this ROM even with the new HTC's coming out I hope the Touch will still be a good phone to work on :D others I have to figure out a way to get a new phone to build ROM's on lol seeing as I dont use a WinMo as my primary anymore

hello all.. I seem to be having bandwith issues. When I try and use Youtube and things like that it takes forever or doesn't load. Skyfire browser and Opera do the same thing.

I managed to get Youtube up once through IE and it told me my bandwith was to low.

What can I do to fix this? I have 3.42.30 and 3vet.. with this Beta 1 mod. Any suggestions?
