thanx for the feed back i dont really use my cube and ill take a look a look at the nuefonts. thats no2chems work for the mogul i thought some might like having it here hopefully ill be able to diagnose the issue.

yeah thats why i said no big deal i dont use my cube to much either just checkin everything out though. also i dont know if u did this on purpose but there is no gps viewing tool.

i never really need to prime my gps it normally takes me at mkost bout 20 to 25 seconds. hey could you try turning on your bluetooth for me im getting an error with mine.

check it i edited the post happy it was just a fluke. has anyone looked at the bluetooth settings is the ftp something new. anyways im liking it.

ok im done cleaning out the rom. This rom is CLEAN and only includes esmertec JBed and all stock windows programs. Also i cleaned out ALL sprint residual data and files from this rom. The only thing i cant get out is some old folders in the programs directory, but there empty... if anyone has any idea on how to remove them tell me.

Enjoy. The rom boots with about 65 mb of free RAM on startup... not bad!

They were average. Not better, not worse.

I did see an improvement, albeit small, with throttle.

Are you referring to the empty folders in Programs? If so I was able toe delete them from \Windows\Start Menu\Programs\

I'm running the clean ROM and noticed that you can't change the backlight settings. If you select "Backlight" from Settings --> System it acts like it's going to load something, then goes back. Same thing if you choose Backlight from the menu while in the battery meter.

ok ill look into the backlight. As for the folders i know u can delete them that way i meant for advice on how to delete it while building it.

Not too shabby my man! This is pretty quick and stable so far... Once I finish adding all the stuff I like, then I'll be able to really put it through the ringer! Keep up the good work.

Find the file ..\kitchens\Generic_OEM.rar -> OEM_Lang_0409\initflashfiles.dat.

You can edit this with NotePad.exe and comment out all the extra directories by putting a ";" at the beginning of the offending line...

been running the clean rom nd juss a couple of concerns... dont kno if its the setup i have of programs or wut not but
1. When im running pocket Player with the notification music icon on the top bar... if i get a txt msg and open it by opening that multiple notification bar it freezes up the phone nd i need to soft reset... dont kno if thats SPB Mobile shell problem or a rom problem
also
2. Very small but wen running S2U2 and SPB Mobile shell wen i turn on the screen sumtimes instead of opening S2U2 it opens spb mobile shell first...

These 2 things never happened in V2 of ur rom so im guessing its a rom bug.... juss looking out :)

ok thanx for the ffedback the only app you listed that i use is S2U2 and i havent had any issues with it so far. im not really sure about the other 2 applications because i dont use them.

OK phhhhhhhhhh i finally have a day off work so i fixed up the clean rom, the screenlight now changes and the ghost folders where removed. This rom has been cleaned even more. THIS IS FASTEST ROM I HAVE EVER USED...

Because SBR and I ported it and made it as stable and clean as possible. idk just flash it and find out.

Good morning everyone! I would like to say that this ROM works great. It is indeed fast and clean. I've been testing it for about 2 weeks now and have had no issues other than a few freeze-ups but it's always good, I think, to do a soft reset every so often. I'm running the SPB Shell Diamond theme (which uses a bit more battery life) but have been ending the day with at least 30% battery life. So, I assume, running clean without SPB Shell is great! Oh, the font is awesome too...very clear and clean. Great job guys!

One question, the newest .NET is not loaded on this ROM so I can't open up nueTools. I was wondering if someone could tell me what font and size is being used and how nueTools can be modified...please advise.

Hey guys, i want to try out Fay fay's clean rom and i just want to be sure i dont mess up in the process.

So i downloaded ruu folder, bell carrier cab and fayfay's latest clean rom (.nbh)

Steps i think i should follow are as below, but if i am wrong correct me please!

1)put the .nbh in the rru folder and flash the rom
2) If customization pop up, skip them
3)run bell carrier cab
4)Install all my favorite apps and enjoy the snappiness?

^ this is correct. My rom is totally clean of all carrier settings and doesnt have user customizations so no reset needed. Make shure ur phone is unlocked and your good to go.

am i the only 1 that cant seem to get S2U2's volume control to work? it worked in V2 but after i upgraded it doesnt seem to work.... tried reinstalling S2U2 but it just gives me the regular windows volume control
