check it i edited the post happy it was just a fluke. has anyone looked at the bluetooth settings is the ftp something new. anyways im liking it.

ok im done cleaning out the rom. This rom is CLEAN and only includes esmertec JBed and all stock windows programs. Also i cleaned out ALL sprint residual data and files from this rom. The only thing i cant get out is some old folders in the programs directory, but there empty... if anyone has any idea on how to remove them tell me.

Enjoy. The rom boots with about 65 mb of free RAM on startup... not bad!

They were average. Not better, not worse.

I did see an improvement, albeit small, with throttle.

Are you referring to the empty folders in Programs? If so I was able toe delete them from \Windows\Start Menu\Programs\

I'm running the clean ROM and noticed that you can't change the backlight settings. If you select "Backlight" from Settings --> System it acts like it's going to load something, then goes back. Same thing if you choose Backlight from the menu while in the battery meter.

ok ill look into the backlight. As for the folders i know u can delete them that way i meant for advice on how to delete it while building it.

Not too shabby my man! This is pretty quick and stable so far... Once I finish adding all the stuff I like, then I'll be able to really put it through the ringer! Keep up the good work.
