you can right click on the picture and save as to download it. As far as putting it in the kitchen you go into your programs folder on your computer open up the PPCKitchen folder..i can't remember the other correct folder name(i believe it's called Splash screens) and drop it in the 240x480 folder. correction..u drop it into the 320x 320 folder...but i dont think it makes a difference..the correct size of the file is 320 x 320

Looks good - only thing I'd tweak is the font face for "6.1" and maybe change the anti-aliasing around the font to make it smoother.

Agreed. The "6.1" looks out of place compared to the main font face. Outside of this, it's a damn sexy splash screen.

How do you change the splash without creating a new build. i want to replace my boot screen without flashing a new rom?

rename it welcomehead.96.png and drop it in the Windows folder. It'll ask you to overwrite it, click yes. If it won't let you overwrite it with the normal file explorer, use Resco Explorer (if you have it), thats what I use
