That's your problem. You need to be running a 3.xx Radio. As per the instructions in my tutorial, revert your device back to stock and then start again from step 1. Do not skip any steps and do not get c0cky and think the instructions do not apply to you unless you want a brick.

You can NOT run a 3.xx ROM unless you have already installed a 3.xx Radio. My tutorial will walk you through the steps of accomplishing this but you MUST follow the instructions...

i thought i covered everything ,i looked over a few times hopimg i would not miss anything . my new question is how do i revert since the phone is stuck on the htc. dark screen and wont let me do anything . i tried plugging into active sync but since it is stuck it will not read as connected .i have also tried to soft boot and hard boot.please help !!

Make sure you copy the gps dll attached to the first post to the windows directory. It's been said and tested that it locks in less than 1 minute cold start.

Put your device in bootloader and run this ROM http://www.megaupload.com/?d=YJVC72MN

Once you do this you should be able to boot into windows. After that, run this unlocker
ftp://up.ppcgeeks.com/Vogue/Users/Im...e_unlocker.exe

Once you do that, flash the ROM you just flashed, AGAIN.

After that, follow the instructions very thoroughly in this post:

Just stick to the first tutorial for now. The others can be MUCH MORE DANGEROUS to your device.

No problem. Sorry to seem like a jerk but I hate to see these expensive phone's end up as bricks so my a-hole-ness is more or less me trying to protect you from doing something stupid and ending up with an expensive paperweight.

i appreciate and thanks again . i will know attempt to do this again this time making sure to install the radio . a little woried as your bright red notes say this can be fatal for non alltel phones !! i will read carfully

I still have radio 3.37.10 even after installing your ROm last night.

How do I upgrade to 3.37.15 ?
