RSS OEM has issues. When you start it up you can select to import RSS data from the internet or a PPC file. Generally the data files on your PPC show up in a list, otherwise you can browse for the file. In the OEM, however, it doesn't allow you to browse, nor did any of my local data files show up in the list. its stuck on looking in my documents. Installed from a cab it works fine....
