The themes are there...just in the wrong spot. As a work in progress for fredcatsmommy... To fix it:

Copy the whole directory \program files\themes into \program files\weatherpanel and that will fix the display issues once the OEM is installed...

I was gonna take them out before uploading, but never did. :) Again, I'll update the OEM when I get home...

Here are how my folders look:
program files/MarsWare/WeatherPanel/ and in that folder it contains a data and a themes folder and some other icons underneath. In the data folder, there are the city codes and in the themes folder, there is a default folder and a wweatherPanel folder. In the default folder, it contains and arrows folder and some files underneath and of course in the wweatherpanel folder, there are a bunch of files. Is that the way the set up is supposed to be?
