but couldnt we use the newer 19701 build in the alltel gps ROM (your 2.1 gpstest) instead of 19209?

The ROM should not be related with government, phyle...

Right, China Unicom will release a verision of Vogue with GPS enabled recently, but the CPU is different with 6900, it has MSM7201, 6900 is MSM7500. I am not sure if the drivers and radio can be used on 6900.

You need not switch the sys to 409, most of the 409 MUI files and RGU files are in the lang folders, I am uploading the key core files in sys folder to PPCGeeks, just replace them into your Kitchen.
For the OEM folder, you could use it as before, but it must be base on the Rev. A ROM.

UpFront this XIP is different and will cause Build OS to error out.

Inside the link is the Dump with Orginal Files, along with English SYS.

Someone needs to patch the XIP, in order for us to move forward. Right now i am no good at XIP porting(still learning).

The Sys folder is nowhere near clean, but it is English. You will need to go through and check .rgus for corrections, as I had to place some in.

More time, and I can figure out the XIP and clean SYS.


To Clear up information

19400 is not a newer build as I thought, its core is older than 19209
19700 is the newest build and as Arlen stated 19701 is for PPC
New build 20XXX will arrive late May Early June

I tried 4 times to upload the sys files to PPCGeeks FTP, but failed. I have to choose the fs2you again, but it need raysource installed, I am sure it is safe, you need not worry about that. Many peoples are using fs2you.

Please note the 19701OS files are only the core files, if you already have an ENG WM6.1 Kitchen, you just need replace the same files and RGU.

For the OEM folder, you must use the REV.A from Alltel new ROM, it is important.

As I know the new build is 20225, AKU1.1.5.
Now, I sucessed to export the 19700 XIP to Vogue already. Is there anybody need it?
