I havent had really any lockups unless i was running IE for a long time browsing websites with flash but i will look into this issue. Anybody else could duplicate any issues please post.

I've duplicated all the errors (lock-ups) in all the 6.1 ROMs by texting constantly for a few mins with friends...

I have noticed that recently if you are text messaging for a longer period of time phone just freezes i have had this problem with other 6.1 ROMs too. As you mentioned you havent experienced any lockups with dereks v 17 ROM Im assuming you havent had the lockup issues with text messaging either. I have tried dcds, no2chems, ghettofreeryders and many other 6.1 ROMS and all of them have this issue. I will see if i can figure out what differeent in dereks ROM that mine doesnt have.

If any experienced cooks can help me with the above i greatly apreciate it. Also if somebody could help me port 19209 build to my ROM since most every cooks have mentioned it as the most stable build.

Correct, you are very right I have tried the same as you.
And yes Dereks v18 rom hasn't had no lockups.

Currently I'm using DCDs ROM since lastnight with SPB Mobile Shell and I been having huge battery draining... i just finished chargingn my phone again .. right away battery went down to 99% and 30 seconds later its 98% now .. wow now 96% .. dont know why is that, but I think is SPB MObile Shell because I had it the last 2 days on Derek's ROM and battery was draining fast too but not as fast as now

I didnt test with dcd's ROM long enough to notice the battery drain but i did notice another thing the dialer keep on popping open when i close a program and i will see if i can validate the battery drain problem is coz of spb mobile shell havent used that program since i switched from mogul to touch. i will try it later this evening since i shouldnt be doing this at work any ways :mrgreen:

that's just limitations in the sprint network... all sprint phones will not show the # messages waiting, will just show that there's a voicemail no matter how many messages.

I did notice the battery drain was faster with spb mobile on dcds ROM. im still working on the sms lockup issue. Let me know how is the battery life with my ROM with SPB mobile.

SPB is evil !!!
But its funny, I was just testing GhettoFreeRyders v15 and that stuff was acting almost the same way as the draining problem with SPB .. So I reflashed to yours for some more testing and seeing how many times it would lockup and also I had to flash 2-3x with ghetto rom because it was just being laggy which is so weird.. Yours is just so responsive .. I was trying mrgeoff rom as well he has something cool called "psShutXP" that i like to shutdown, standby or reset(Reboot) the device :)
