you can use Imcokeman's HTC Vogue ROM here: ftp://up.ppcgeeks.com/Vogue/Users/ImCoKeMaN/roms

it is a variant of HTC stock rom that gives 10MB more storage using Tadzio's tools (better compression). Nothing else was modified in this ROM.
