Well I did not find a cab yet, but I did come across this plugin which works great so far, as in it at least is a push email with my hotmail.

ok just got home. here it is.. this is what i use its the file that comes with sprint..

****** you must rename from .zip to .cab*******
then copy it to your phone and install.

edit: haha its the same file from that link didnt look before i uploaded.

you start by searching. as others have said, search is your friend.

ok, I d/l to my computer desktop and replaced the old RUU_signed fil with the new one on post 102, now where do I go from here.

its been said over and over on this thread, i'm guessing you havent unlocked it either, start there.

OK Man look I made that update for the rom without the update utility because it was not intended for novice users it was for the advanced to test out for me .... However sometime today I will be posting the release to my rom its finally out of a beta project .... so hold tight for now .... Thank You

just a small note, schaps advanced config tool has been recently updated, most recent version ive seen is 2.0.2.0, and this version includes 1.0.

also pocketcm is now at .19b but..you prob already knew that!

rom is grat but i like look of oem htc theme and it isnt a choice how can i keep this rom but get the htc look

also, i think all would appreciate this, found on xda, included in your next rom version.

just makes the battery bar in the taskbar solid and not worthless 3 bars.

there is also a vga version, but i dont have it and i dont think we here will need it!

Yeah I think it's just a RC1 beta. More of an enhanced xp sp2.

I have found that HTCustom always crashes after an changes that i try to make.

Also the GMail app does not ,work says certificate not ....

how do i make it look like the oem htc rom with this rom installed

Using this Rom for about a week now. Thanks for the work put into this.

Couple things, coming back from sleep/screen being off, I sometimes get a black screen, title bar slowly appears but phone is unresponsive. Sometimes I can get back to the today screen, but it acts almost like a button is stuck, tapping on anything on the screen doesn nothing.
Also, think this is more related to the various skins that are included, seems like the 'X' in the top right doesn't work with most of them. Either it flashes up intermittently or nver appears at all.

I like the features/software included, but rom seems much slower than the original. May switch back until an updated release.

Which rom are you using because I just updated this week ......

JD, I see your clean rom posted on the ftp...what all has been removed in the clean rom? Are there any optimizations that would make the custom rom worth installing if I have all the software you add anyways?

JD - I can't get the Java GMail to work. Has anyone else reported this as well ?

I used the one from the first page and then replaced the updated file that I found later in the thread. It looks like the HTC Touch keyboard/keypad have been removed because I found a CAB file for them, reinstalled and it is working.

Im having problems with the keyboard, its stuck on the default one, and It doesnt seem to give me the options to change it, i am using your 1-28-08 rom, by the way, this is a great rom,
