Re: Miller_V4.1_23529 (2/11/10)

I am trying your newest rom and I have a few observations. I switched to fingerkeyboard and after i reboot the phone it reverts back to the other keyboard again. It doesn't remember my keyboard choice. Also Tier Autoinstall runs every time I reboot the phone. Is there a way to uninstall this? It is a nice feature to have after first boot, but gets annoying after subsequent reboots. Also I use the lock screen and if you press the top left hand corner that menu still comes up even though the phone is supposed to be locked. This could launch things by accident when it is my pocket. Otherwise love the build. Everything runs really smooth. I am glad you use the older Manila. I don't like the newer versions.

You have to go to settings/personal/sip change to change the keyboard (Default to SPB)
Did you run Tier Autoinstaller the first time? I think if you hit cancel when it comes up it should not come up again...
I have never seen this issue with the lock screen on any other builds, Im not for sure why? But I don't think it will be an issue with you launching programs from your pocket. Pretty hard to do in the first place.

Thanks!

Re: Miller_V4.1_23529 (2/11/10)

Well I have been running this new rom for about 10 hours and everthing is very snappy with no lock ups... Internet and GPS,Pic,mail,Email, all works great... Everything is looking good so far. I have only 2 things that need some work.
1- I can't find how to set the end key ? I looked under start, settings, personal, buttons, and at the top but all there is,is Program buttons and up/down control. No end key.
2- The EPST Config doesn't work ? I even tried putting in the phone cabs but none of them work ether.

All in all this Rom is going far with me . Would still like to strip all the TT out of it

Thanks Miller for all of your hard work it's looking really good... T M Z

Thanks!
Not for sure what you mean by the End Key?
As for the EPST config it works for me... Under Start menu/Programs/Advanced Setting/EPST Config (I can View and Edit).

Removing all of the TT is alittle harder and I ran out of time yesterday. I flashed like 15 times yesterday (trying to get Office 2010 and G-Alarm to work right). I will try to have it removed by my next release, maybe when a new SYS comes out.

Ok that's what I was thinking, I don't have it installed in the ROM (never Really used it) I will put it in the next version. Have you tried using AE Button plus with the end key?

Good, weird that you had to do another hard reset? Probably the side affect of other ppl's ROM.

Good!
Might have to try it out myself and just cook it in.
