Thanks under person my chocies are buttons,phone, owner information, voice command and voice speed dial. I don't see an option for personal/input/options

So, stupid question... I set a Sprint Touch up with this today. How do I get the GPS working? Do I have to insatall that Alltell and then go back to this later?

typo lad: GPS should be working after flashing. Works for me as usual.

@Typo The gps feature normally needs to be turned on per application (it drains the battery pretty badly). If you're using google maps, you can go to GPS-> Turn on GPS and it'll work.

It does kill the battery pretty quick though.

Sorry I wasn't too clear on my previous question. I meant to ask how to change the 23506_v4 row to the flip clock? I perfer the flip clock with icons down at the bottom. Anyone?

I wonder if anyone has any input on this. I tried upgrading my brother's Vogue the other day to the 28014 ROM (the one he is running is ancient, an NFS from last August) using the SD card method, but when I reset the Vogue into bootloader, the grey screen flashed on super fast with some text, after a few attempts I can almost make out that it is seeing the rom, then goes back to the bootloader. Never gives me a chance to install the ROM. I have it named correctly, I double checked that. I am thinking maybe I will have to reformat his SD card?

I had a similar problem, exact same symptom when upgrading my friends Mogul to a 6.5.3 ROM, but I was able to get his upgraded using the RUU + ActiveSync method.

Of course my Touch Pro took a 6.5.3 ROM without a problem using the SD method.

The SD card maybe bad. I had an SD that I was using to flash with, then all of a sudden it was acting like how you said. I got another SD and flashed without any problems. I just recently tried the older SD card again, but had the same problems. I suggest getting an new SD card. If you just us it for flashing and nothing else you can get a 512mb card, if they even make them anymore. The 2gb cards are pretty cheap, I think $12 or something like that.

Its a PC issue.Try to formatt on different PC (may be in Best Buy store on 1 of the display laptops) for free ;).I have 3 laptops and only one of them did the job properly...

News:
Just got PM over at XDA, 1 guy willing to give me his old vogue,so I can continue to cook.He is from the same town.I replyed that it will take few weeks to restore my kitchen.If he is OK with that,I'll get back on track in the few weeks.

Im already concuered my Rhodium,so I can spent plenty of time with restoring Vogue kitchen

Seems like Rhodium community like it too.They named my ROM Neodium lol.Probably for that icon in clear storage lol
By the way the tethering in rhodium is slow.Sprint changed radio and got smarter.Standart tether hack doesnt work at all.
How did you guys increased the tether speed?From my understanding Woopty solved it?

ya i had a problem using my 8gig card. then i tried it with my 1gig card and it starts the upgrade right away when you start bootloader (color band screen). It needs to be a smaller card i think for best results.

Yeah vin, I was using your 23506 rom and the top speed I got was about 235KB actual download. I loaded woop's rom and his was avg 300KB with spikes up to 350KB. Not sure what he did, but it's great. With his rom I just can't update the weather on the home screen other then that his rom is running great. I'm all about the tethering speed. I know I load your dcd cab, and internet gps fix cab on his rom though.
Your roms so far on the only roms that I never had any problems with running manilla.

I wont be able to solve it because if that person will give me a test phone,it will be inactive,or maybe I will clone the esn which is probably gets only 1x connection...

I've been reading your TP2 rom vin. Looks like you've done a great job with it too. Almost makes me want to get a TP2, but its hard to get rid of the vogue since i can do everything I want it too. I just wish the vogue would have the automatic screen rotate, but oh well.

After playing with TP2 Im dreaming about HD2.That thing must be a monster.Thin like Vogue,and Im looking into Leo camera package,seems like it has 8Mp camera and a digital compass like on iphone.Damn,Im becoming a smartphone junkie LOL.
Vogue is a sweet device.That stupid asurion send me replacement with cheap screen,so after few weeks of using It I decided to upgrade.Quality was soooo bad on that screen.Cheap bastards.

hey vin
just thought i would drop by and say thanks for the awesome rom. and i have a question a friend of mine has the tp2(tmobile) and while running manilla, on the homescreen underneath the clock he gets the current conditions for his gps location. any idea if thats possible for this rom?

I am not able to install NETCF 3.5 to this rom. I'm running the latest sys 28014 build and have searched and can't find any other info about this problem.
What I'm trying to do is install booksync to sync my facebook contact pictures with my phone, and it requires NETCF. Every time I try to install, I get error: install unsuccessful, quit running programs and processes, and free up memory.
I have hard reset and still no luck.

On TP2 location service works out of box.I dont know why it was a problem on Vogue...Same packages,same carrier wtf lol.

I dont know If I will be able to meet that person to get a test phone.
He is working late and Im sleeping too much in the mornings lol.
23506_v4 is not super outdated yet,plus there is no new M2d leaks.This ROM still in good shape.
I wish you guys could test my Neodium_V4 that thing is so fast and battery life is perfect now :(
