Metro PCS to Sprint

I have a Sprint HTC Raphael that was flashed to Metro PCS and I just switched to Sprint service and I want to reflash the phone back to Sprint and also upgrade it some...anyone know how I can do this?

easy way would be to flash this on there

factory ROM, PRL, RADIO etc should do the trick

have you searched the forum for the rom?

the prl is from corolada.com
