Help with advanced issues
 

I have an issue that I understand needs to be communicated through PM. I have 2 phones one is Sprint and one is Alltel. I want to get the Alltel working on Sprint and can't get anywhere with Sprint on activating the IMEID on their network. I understand if this is impossible. And I understand the laws. If anyone can help me, I would appreciate it!
