Need help from anyone!!!
 
Ok so i had my touch pro and i accidently dropped it in a bucket full of water(Long stroy) so i juss got my New touch pro today Brand new in the box so i took out my Micro SD 8 gb from the tp which had fallen in the water, and put it in my new touch pro well it happens to be that none of my files, mp3, pictures or backup contacts appears in the storage card when i look thur it but it says that the memory does have something into when i check the amout of usage and free memory it says the itz 75 percent full which is how i orginaily had it in the TP the had fallen in the water can someone help i want to be able to look at all my files????

have you tried reading the card in your computer? try plugging it into your computer and doing a chkdsk on it, maybe it will recover the files.

I did it run it on my computer and the same thing its says its in use but there no files in there

Ouch. You can try sticking the card in a bowl of rice overnight (dried, uncooked rice). Believe it or not, the rice will dry it out.

Did you try running a chkdsk on the card from your PC?

I think that only works right after you drop it now a couple days later to be honest.

depends on how cheap it is... i.e. the metal in there..if corrosion already got a hold of it...you are SOL...
