Tep question
 

gone get straight to the point....I'm on the sprint network. I bought a phone from someone on craigslist. Touch Pro. I switched from the Curve. If something happens to the phone can I use my TEP for it even though I didn't purchase it at a store? The TEP is active on my account I saw it on there. I even called sprint and they said it was there. Any help would be great, sorry for dumb question.

I'm pretty sure the TEP covers the active phone on your account. When my old TP was in the shop... I reactivated an old touch. I had a problem with the touch and it got replaced no questions asked. Now I have a refurb touch as a backup. The wife got the TP when I upgraded to TP2 (using HER upgrade... lol don't tell her).

I think I'm safe... I "upgraded" her from MY old touch that I gave her when I go the TP... She loves the TP she doesn't even like my TP2 at all... She said it's a man's phone. I said " you damned right " In my best Barry White voice. lol

well i got a new phone coming in tuesday. hell if i knew i could do this in the past i would have bought all my phones used from someone off of craigslist. this alone has made me love sprint that much more.
