Installing Custom Roms but don't see today/home screen

Installed a couple custom roms, I see the programs and everything else but no today screen, what did i do wrong?

are you looking for touch flo 3d? go into start-settings-today-items and check touchflo 3d

some of the other roms might not have tf3d u gotta check for it tf3d slows it down alot..
