Touch Pro Keyboard failing?

I had that issue. It will continue to get worse...start locking up your phone, and ultimately the keyboard will fail to function all together. Just got mine replaced by sprint.

Did they give you a new TP or TP2?

I have Alltel, and they aren't doing the Touch Pro 2. My TP was only a week old and was covered by the manufacturer's warranty so I got a new one in exchange.

Oh. Well, I guess I'll find out soon enough. I went in to the Sprint store tonight and they ordered me something.

keep us posted but i don't think you'll be getting another tp (but i don't get paid for thinking..).

I can only hope... It's a warranty replacement so it has to be something comparable, right?
