take it in quickly then - warranty is for 12 months, at least with sprint. go to www.mymobiler.com to get program to use phone with computer. don't hard reset until you are done with, cause I think screen taps are required to align screen.

You're right, don't hard reset until you are turning the phone in. I do remember hearing about a program that either automatically aligns the screen for you or you can do it from your computer, but I can't recall what it was.
