Keys are like dead??
 
Ive looked everywhere and cant find a fix... im running energy rom photon on my touch pro and since i now have the wm 6.5.1 certain keys on the key board dont work. Combining the fn key and other work, but when combining fn and / to get ? the fn light flashes reall fast and i get no ?. same for, -, +, del,",', :,; none of them show up.. Help is always greatly appreciated

I had a slew of kb problems. It would only work when it felt like it. I brought it to sprint & they replaced the kb & now it works like a charm. Might have to try & do that if you have insurance or warranty.

I see your running Photon. This is a known issue, and it's all over the ROM thread. People are installing the "Juicy47 Western EZINPUT.cab" to resolve a lot of the keyboard anomalies. It's best to post your issues within that thread as you'll be more likely to get a faster (and accurate) response.

And yes I know it sounds strange to install a software keyboard to fix the hardware keyboard issues, but trust me it works.

If the top suggestion doesnt work, can you flash to stock and confirm the keyboard is working normally? It may need a little pressure on the back side, Ive seen this help. The forums have quite a bit of tutorials on this.
