New Sprint Rom - How to unhide Opera from Task Manager?
 

I downloaded the latest HTC Touch Pro Sprint rom, but Opera does not appear in the task manager (ie, when you hit the X in the upper right hand corner, its not listed). But, it is always running. When you open a bookmark, you can see old tabs still open.

I searched the forums and found that you should delete the entry in the HTC TaskManager's Exclusive List, but the entry for opera9.ex or anything like it doesn't exist on this rom.

I found a CAB for disable HTC Opera push internet cab, but that had no effect either on the new rom.

Any ideas?

I flashed the new sprint rom, can not find internet sharing. Do you have same problem?

You don't have to search very hard... the thread for addressing this is in a sticky at the very top of the TP Subforum........

Whiat I did was to download the latest beta, install it, removed the link in the start folder, then opened the latest beta and then disabled it as the default. After that IE did it instead of Opera. That also removes it from sitting there using memory.
