2 Flashing questions...

2 unrelated questions.

#1. Once the phone is unlocked, do you need to unlock it everytime you put on a new rom?

#2. What is the reason the flash back to stock in between flashes to a custom rom?

thanks.

1. no you don't have to unlock everytime you put on a new rom...the phone statys unlocked unless you relock it with the relocker.

2. actually you want to flash back to shipped(shipped is what came with the phone out of the box. stock is a lil different) before you flash to another rom because some of the stuff from the other rom make stick around in the memory and cause errors and problems.

i kinda thought a new rom would format it in some sort of way. but thanks!

Is it better to leave the phone unlocked or to lock it after flashing to a custom? or does it not matter?

unlocked...because if you relocked it...if you wanted to flash another rom you would have to unlock it again
