In my case, not a scam. I got more than what I was seeking. Even had to pay asurion to get it. Which I have no problem doing anyway.

One question though, with the world being what it is today, what is the point of the moral police on here or anywhere else for that matter? Do they not need rest? Do they not understand that we live in a world where things of the past(morals, chivalry, overall niceness) are looked upon in a totally different light? I myself am not a person lacking morals. It just seem that some are quick to attack any and all people that do not conform to YOUR sense of morality.

That is my two cents. Respond if you will, however, I will not entertain any, no matter its nature.

Oh gimme a break... just because someone acts that way on a reality show doesn't mean the world is that way.

So you post on a forum slamming the crap out of a company, trashing them in public instead of addressing the issue w them and we're supposed to feel sorry for you?

If you run a scam you should go into it knowing good and well that you are running a scam and may get caught. Don't come whining to this group.

...and if you aren't running a scam, then go back to Sprint and have them make it right.

Yep I agree...Sprint gave them what they were entitled to! It was the fact that all the scammers went and found ways to break a perfectly good phone just to get a TP2 and wiped out the stock that screwed these guys...not Sprint!

The POINT is that our insurance is going up and those with LEGITIMATE problems are being denied exchanges because of a few thieving people who are ACTIVELY looking for a cab to break their keyboard or pulling on ribbon cables because they are too cheap to buy a better phone!

People who actually took care of their phone and deserve an upgrade are getting screwed because people who had a good phone broke it so they can get something they do not deserve!

The world is what it is today because of people like you!

Let me ask you this....
Are you also in favor of burning down your hoiuse and collecting the insurance so you can get a better place?

Try it...I'm sure the feds have a nice new place for you to move into...They will even supply you with clothing and meals too! Comes with a gym and exercise room as well!

And you will get to live with a whole lot of people who think just like you!

I said I was not going to respond but I must now.

Apinkel and Asphyx when did I say that I scammed sprint. It seems that YOU think everyone that has gotten a TP2 is a scam artist and that is not the point. The comments that I made were simply stating the fact that the world today is fubared. I, can only speak for myself here, do not support people who feel they need to scam to get what they want. I work hard for everything I get and take care of my stuff, as you claim to do. I had a problem with my TP and it is now fixed. I will not place this problem on Sprint nor will I place it on Sprint's customers. You know, as well as I, that if I/you/we did that it would be split right down the middle. Furthermore, Asphyx, who suggested that I resort to criminal behavior? I am sure that you have skeletons in your closet just as everyone does. I do not go around judging people for what they do. It is your right to speak on it, so you do. It is just funny that the minute someone "speaks on it" and does not agree with YOU, that freedom is lost.

Bottom line, the world is getting better and worse at the same time. Think about it for a minute. For every good thing, a bad thing exists. I understand this and have made peace with it. I live my life for me and try to be as good as humanly possible. But as previously stated, for every good there is a bad. That is just a simple fact. What you do with it is on you.
