Re: Asurion replacing TP with TP2
I am still having no luck. I called Asurion and explained to them that this is my 3rd TP and not even a two weeks after I got it, the screen went dead and now it won't charge either. Then I asked them about replacing it and they told me that they only handle the insurance, they don't deal with replacements.............."What?" I have tried talking to Sprint and HTC as well and all I get is the run around and told to call someone else.
