in phone mode click on menu go to options.

then there is a list of options its like append something.

can you tell me what it is or screen shot it for me

it gives you the option of removing the 1

Automatic Prepend? I am not looking at my Touch Pro, but there is an option to make it auto add 1 where needed.

I believe the OP is talking about "Automatic Prepend" under the option/service.
"This feature automatically adds "1" in front of the number for long distance calls, if required."

I have it "Disable", since the 10 digit number now days is enough to make a long distance without having the recording telling you ...that you need to insert a "1" at the beginning of the phone number.

cause my tp2 doesnt have it
