I need help!!!
 

About a month ago i dropped my touch pro and messed it up pretty badly..bad physical damage to it, but all of the other components work..now my keyboard no longer works (2nd time this has happened to me) but i know it wasnt because i dropped it because it has been working a while.. i need to get it fixed but do u think they will try to charge me 100 if it has to be replaced, what should i do?

definitely gonna charge you the 100 bucks... they'll say that the drop that caused all the "physical" damage loosened up something in the keyboard. sorry...

It definitely does, if you have the correct tool you can check the flex cable for the keyboard to see if its loose or not.

do you think i can jus get the part that is damaged fixed and then come back for the keyboard later

not to sound condescending, but if you could figure out what specific part is causing the issue, I say go for it, unless if its more expensive then paying that deductible fee thing.
