I have a long story about mine, but you never know who is lurking, so I will tell it on Monday... but to make the long story short, if you have problems with your TP, you can get it exchanged for a TP2. I will be getting mine next Tuesday. Order has been placed...

not true my service tech said it depends on the problem you have use the old beam file fail thats what I did took persian blue off my phone walked in and told him to beam a pic to his phone of course it failed lol told him to bring out a referb tried with that one it failed saw another costumer that had a touch pro told him to beam me a pic his failed you know touch pros bluetooth explorer wont work then I said I dont want the same phone its not gonna work with all the costumers looking on he said your tp2 will be here in 2 to 3 days !!!!! score one for the good guys !!!!!!!!!!!! everyone try this Please !!!! of course call retentions and tell them to make a conference call to your nearest store first !!!!! so you can hear them say we have a new policy on tp they just wont offer u any phones over the phone and offer you other devices be4 the tp2 hold out and demand a tp2 yull get it call as many times as you need to took me 4 times be4 I got somebody at retentions that would work with me

I got mines ordered too, should be here Tuesday. I went there after work and I just told them my phone overheats and my camera is slow to take pictures. No problem, no hassle after an hour of waiting they said they'll replace it for the tp2. Can't wait!! I am glad I waited and not put down big money for this phone, that would've really sucked.

Calling in is a waste of time IMO...got me NOWHERE. I even talked to someone in executive services and they did nothing for me. Went into the store (which also was a service center) and needless to say, I'll have my TP2 on Monday. Again, moral of the story, go into the store, don't waste your time calling *2 or whatever other number you might have!!

good one I also said it heated up and would stop charging when it got hot oh I called *2 then hit 4 then 0 for a rep it will ask for your pin when they answer don't even talk to them just say I want to talk to retentions I am considering canceling my contract they will transfer you asap !!!!

i'm really glad that sprint is finally doing the right thing and hooking you guys up with TP2 replacements. It's well deserved, after all the problems a lot of you have that i read about on here everyday. I don't see the touch pro forum being the most popular for much longer. The TP2 forum is gonna blow up. haha
