Just filled out my info on Asurion's website as of 1:00 pm CST and Tp2 is on the way! See you guys on the other side.

What was wrong with all of your Touch pro ? Everytime I fill my keyboard problem, random reboot and random switch off during the night, asurion asks me to take the phone instore.

It didn't set me back anything, I found a 3'rd party repair center about 40 miles from my home and I called and gave my sob story and the nice girl told me they just started doing repairs on Sprint devices in my home town (used to only be Nextel repair) so I went in and explained who I was (the other lady had already called) and they got me going and I'm a happy guy! :mrgreen:

My claim 7380 but did not mention if it was new or refurbished. (It said a charger will be provided if the phone is different form the original.) You posted a screenshot. Did yours say Touch pro 2 NIB instead of 7380.

sidwin, mrkevbrown, dallas contractor - What did your final screen show - do you know if its new or refurbished.

what i posted is what was emailed to me...

I take the new part as new.lol honestly its for my girl anyway if its refurbished i don't care..lol mine was brand new i got when released..lol..

but above does say new..

Mine also said the same. On Asurions website it said 7380 but my email said Fully Kitted Brand New Touch Pro 2. After 3 TP's , Im glad to finally get to switch to a TP2, as my latest refurb went to hell after only 2 weeks.

I ordered my replacement for water damaged TP 10 mins ago from Asurion and it will be a TP2.
