They gave me another tp... I'll just have to wait for this one to break.. Then go to asc and hope i'll get a tp2. I think I should qualify for a priority 5. lol I might mention the memo only because they told me about it! I can use this to my advantage!

went to an ASC center yesterday because my phone keeps freezing when charging at night, they did a hard reset and that was it.
They said even if they had the TP2 there was no way I could get it.

supposedly not many people are actually buying the TP2 which is why they dont have many (new & refurbs).

just got off the phone with sprint and the lady said the TP2 is no longer offered as a replacement, even though the lady I talked to yesterday said it was but it's not available currently.

hmmmmm

Well I went sledding with the kids on 26th and had my TP in my pocket and did some damage to the screen, I could've lived with it, but as I am terible for loosing phones, I took out insurance on my TP a month ago when I bought it (to replace the Diamond I bricked)
Asurion was offering me a snap on the website or a blackbery sonethingorother, when I called up, neither I would accept so I just left it.

Thought I'd check the website tonight and I got it offered a 7380 as a replacement :)

Well I can confirm I just filed a claim for both mine and my wifes Touch Pro so we should be getting 2 TP2 in the mail by Tuesday. Got tired of going to the sprint stores and all they do is Hard Reset the phone and say "ok its fixed". The last time I was there she was trying to convince me that windows based phones all have these issues, so I should switch to the Palm Pre which would force me to drop Sero.... needless to say she was full of it and I would never drop Sero just for a different phone, so I went through Asurion and now Im heading to TP2 town myself.

Same here. They told me the TP2 has been removed from the TP's E-ticket list. I'm gonna have to ask for a manager in the customer retention dept :/

i think i just hit a new record for my self, got a reconditioned TP the other day only to have the keys falling off the keyboard and it over heating, took it back to the store they fixed the keyboard, was playing with it and still it locking up and not working right and ill have to take it back tomorrow again, but good news to people out there, dont stop trying, talk to the tech at the store, he was looking for a good service report with the survey if they were to call me, but i asked him about the TP and he told me HTC has openly admit to cutting cornors and they know the phone is shitty, he also told me the memo is still out there and true, and if my TP fails again i qualify for the 3 in 6 months and i should get to see the WEL list next time, i also had him look this is now my 8th TP in under a year, gosh the phone sucks majorly!
