Agreed...please refrain from such conversations and topics as it's really not contributing to the bottom line!

Thanks,

If it's working fine, leave it be. If you do a "bad flash", then it's 'bricked' and is labeled as physical damage. And, of course, you have to pay for that. Don't try to create an excuse b/c it pisses off people who have legitimate problems (i.e. myself who is on TP #4 right now that the KB just died on).

isn't it the point to get a new TP2? or if my tp is working fine not to bother? r u blaming it on me that they ran out of tp2?

I'm not sure for what reason I hate you more. Either the fact that you have a TP that is working fine, or the fact that you want to break it to commit fraud and screw over people who have legitimate problems and have had their phones replaced multiple times (7 for me).

no, the point of this whole thread is that Sprint knows that many touch pros are defective in some way and is trying to take care of those customers who paid good money for a defective phone. And yes, its people like you that are making the stores reluctant to give people TP2s for their TPs.

200+ pages of rampant information which can be deemed as either new, old or coupled with mixed responses is hardly a suggestive help for my issue.

I've read the first couple pages, and the last couple pages. You tell me what I'm suppose to believe.

*not a wise-crack.
