Htc Touch pro cdma cant put it in bootloader mode
 

i have a sprint htc touch pro it seems that i have bricked it when it turns on it only goes to start up screen thats it and i tried to put it in bootloader mode but not going in there need help what am i doing wrong

pull the battery and put it back in, hold down volume down and then hold down power until you see the tricolor screen (bootloader mode)

you are continuing to hold down the volume down key and then press and hold the power key while continuing to hold volume down, right? if it doesn't work then I would say your volume down key is broken or obstructed

Hello everyone, my volume down button went out a while ago, needless to say I can't get into the bootloader mode, does anyone know another way to get there? Thanks very much.
