Cant Connect to Data
 

Hi, just got my refurb TP from Sprint, unlocked it, and updated to Juicy 090723H and now my phone cant connect to data. It wont get emails, update weather...etc. Is there any solution to this? Should I re flash my phone again?

Go to Comm Manager and see if Data Connection is selected.

Great!!!! Sounds to me like I have to go back to the Sprint Repair store and get this issue fixed...come on guys

Having the same problem with a refurbed phone.
I'm looking to do download the stock update from HTC hoping this fixes my problem

Have you tried a different radio and see if that solves the issue?

did you do a hard reset after the rom install? do you guys have OTA programming like VZN where you dial *228?

it keeps try to dial #777 for a connection
I dont have many roms.
everytime i install a rom it screws somethin else up

well, it's best to have a stock rom when the phone is activated, test all these functions, then go to whatever custom...

you likely need to run the Update Profile (available in cabs around here, or the stock rom)
if that fails, you need to do a ##3282# (data) then go to menu>reset
when reboots run update profile again.
