Relocking Device after Flashing Stock to Return for Warranty
 

Hey I've been searching and I can't find what I need to re-lock my device after I flashed stock from the HTC website.... going into bootloader still says device _security unlocked_

So I used re-locker from the hard spl sticky from cmonex. Still says Security Unlocked.

Any ideas?

NM I figured it out.

"you did it right. it's locked. .37.0000 means you are locked. if it said .37.CMONEX then you would be unlocked."

well i used the relocker app in the post for my sprint phone a few min ago.

I had to use in the tri color screen(pwr button/vol up i think or down ;-)) after pushing reset

It should says 0.25 not 0.25cmonex or 0.37cmonex then it is factory locked.

andyou should use sprint rom from their site for relock if going to return.

HUH. Dude first of all if your sending your phone in now I would flash the STOCK SHIPPED ROM that is in the UPGRADE section here at ppcgeeks. The rom your talking bout is NEW and not the shipped ROM.

It always shows "Security Unlocked" regardless of what you do from this site. Unlocking is basically just the SPL, which as said above, would show "0.xxcmonex"
