No service on Sprint TP
 

Last night my phone died just as I hung up with someone. I turned it on hours later when I plugged it in and now all it says is No Service for the telephone and TouchFlo 3D won't start. I have tried restarting quite a few times and even tried hard resetting, but I can't get it to reset. I have a cooked rom from the kitchen with various features installed. I can get the internet fine and seem to be able to work on the applications without a problem, but the dialer, contacts, and other parts of the phone won't load. Any help is greatly appreciated.

To hard reset...hold the power button on top of the phone and the volume down button and the middle button...then press the reset button with your stylus or something on the bottom of the phone

Hard resetting is not working, I think due to the fact that I have a custom rom.

So I still can't get it to hard reset, nor can I get my phone to ActiveSync so I can't reflash it. Anyone know how to hard reset it through a program on the memory card?

custom roms do not affect hard resetting

I'm using a 6.5 rom and the Clear Storage feature does not exist of my phone. I have tried hard resetting by every method I have found online and it does not work.

where are you looking for clear storage? did you follow the instructions for hard resetting that i provided in my previous post? maybe you're reading it wrong? can you tell me what you're doing exactly to attempt the hard reset?

Since this is a WinMo 6.5 rom, the steps are a little different. Here's what I've done:

1. Hold VOL Down and Enter button.
2. Push stylus into reset button on bottom of phone.

The phone soft resets like normal no matter how long I hold that combination.

There is no option for Clear Storage. Here are my options:

Clear Storage was one of the first things I looked for since I've used it before on another phone.

Any other suggestions?

easiest way IMO to hard reset is;

pull battery/re-insert
press center-btn + Vol Dwn then + PWR
