What's 64mb like? Can you tell a big difference?

definitely a noticable difference when your a heavy user sifting through like your pictures & videos in the speed when it loads, but it takes a slight toll on the battery life, I haven't gotten a chance to install the battery and performance hack, but I don't think I will be changing my rom until my boy(the creator of the rom) has something even crazier coming out, I will tell you this though, most stable rom I have ever used end of story. I also forgot to mention I am not a noob lol, I have over 1,000 posts over at hofo, because of the metropcs forum, there's not much I can say here, I have tried everyone's major roms like the juicy, mighty, pyski etc, and I mean no disrespect when I say this, there rom's are great, but until you have an affliction rom you can really see the true potential of a touch pro.

hmm. Very convincing. I may have to try that out some day.

Hey since you're a bit more experienced with this stuff, maybe you can help clear something up for me. If I am totally happy with my settings and apps here on MR6, and back everything up with SPB Backup, can I load a different rom and restore without issues, or would it need to remain MR6 specific?

I would make the assumption you can, but then again, isn't mighty rom 6 6.5?
If so it may or not not have issues with a 6.1 rom depending on what you have backed up, because I've noticed some things I use on certain rom's will not work with another rom, I call it rom-specific, you can try I guess, but to be safe, I prefer using PIM backup and saving it via microsd, sorry I couldn't have been of more help.

+1 Anyone who said try a few and see what you like best. For me, I got lucky. Flashed Energy for my first flash and have been through multiple builds and don't have a reason to switch. Not a single complaint.
Yes, I'm a contradiction to my own rule :)

i gonna throw my vote for
1) silence latest rom
2)MR6
3) DCD
the last 2 don't have the native kernal so i won't use them but they are good. JD also has the latest sys so i flash those to see whats up.

as far a sprite backup between roms. You will have issues - use it only on the same rom. as the very least you are undoing some tweaks with newer versions

You can also create your own. I created one without any of the manila items and removed other items I never used and it boots faster now than before with plenty of ram to go around.
