Hey Block,
I've tried a bunch of different programs and settled on SyncMate (http://mac.eltima.com/sync-mac.html). There is a free version that works well for basic functions and then an "Expert" version for $39.95 (pretty spendy) that lets you sync music and pictures. Hope this helps.

Hi Block,

I use The Missing Sync for Windows Mobile to sync my TP with my Hackintosh running Leopard 10.5.5. I've been using it for over a year now and have had no problems installing apps, syncing contacts, files, music, etc.

Hey,

I have a Sprint Touch Pro and an Imac G4. My Touch Pro sync's up with my Imac with no problem and i just drag and drop what i want on and off. I figured your Mac would allow you to as well.

William
