Re: Start Camcorder directly
Thanks for all the replies, but I know this already. I want an icon for camera, which I already have, and one for camcorder. The program remembering what mode it was in last really does me no good, I use the camera more than camcorder, but when I want the camcorder, I would like to be able to start it, without having to open the camera first then change modes. It sounds like, either there has never been a need for this, or it cannot be done. Wish I knew how it was done in TF3D.

Re: Start Camcorder directly
this is what you do on tf3d
if you want the camera you click the camera button 1st button on top if you want the video you click the video button 2nd button on bottom just set camera on the top of the list in your 6.5 menu and there ya go. what if in titanium you slide your finger on the camera? would it go to video then? http://lh4.ggpht.com/_QIsWfpYTPCY/Sq..._0000_111a.JPG |
Re: Start Camcorder directly
The command line to directly launch the camera in video mode is "\Windows\Camera.exe" -v
In Titanium use "\Windows\Camera.exe;-v" and in the registry "\\Windows\\Camera.exe;-v" |

Here's a quick shortcut I created, just rename it to .lnk instead of .txt and put it in your \Windows\Start Menu\Programs folder :)
Edit: Just found that after using this shortcut, the regular camera shortcut defaults to video (as many stated, its just defaulting to previous mode). So, I created another shortcut to launch in photo mode (using the -i switch). I've attached a Zip file w/ both shortcuts. They are already .lnk files, so just extract them to the same folder as above. |
