I am using EnergyROM Warhawk and put this PRL manually on my phone. I had problems with my power button working after that so I had to go back to 60650 which then worked fine again. Any ideas?

A PRL would not affect anything on the ROM. It is simply a list of systems your radio can attach to.

Definition from Phonenews.com:

The PRL is called the Preferred Roaming List. It is a file in your phone that has a list of all roaming providers, your specific provider works with. When a phone cannot find a designated signal, it checks the PRL for the first available provider.

Pretty close... your phone uses the PRL all the time, since it is a list of home system ID's too, and tells the phone which channels to use for 1X and EVDO for that SID. It's not just for roaming.
