PPCGeeks - cricket problems with touch pro

First taking it in to cricket was a bad idea. You should have called and added it to your account as a new line or replacement. It is a CPE (customer provided equipment) and the will SEE it is a pda. If you call them and tell them it is a moto razor v3c, they won't know what it really is and you will get pic msg and net turned on on your account.

Did you unlock with spl unlocker?

Did you flash a rom that allows QPST so you can dial ##778# and get pst edit to open, or did you use BAFMSL grabber to give you the 6 digit pst code and open pst for you?

Did you press view info, and press PRL, and edit the PRL to cricket?

Even if you only took a pure sprint phone and put the PRL on, it should work. Unlocking it allows you to flash various custom roms. A locked phone can only be flashed to Signed sprint roms.

If they took phone and scanned label under battery with laser scanner, then dialed *228 for you and it didn't program, it doesn't mean it isn't flashed for cricket if you put the 1015 evdo prl on yourself. It will never over the air program with that prl even if your phone is fully working on cricket. Use an old 1X prl and then dial *228. It will take that way.

I bet they didn't know, tried to dial ota, didn't program, and suspended the phone. Which killed that phone on your line.

Dial 611 on that phone, if cricket answers, activated it on your account. If they don't, you don't have a cricket prl on it.

Fallow instructions in BAFMSL grabber and use the 01041 prl. It will program over the air thru *228
