Cracked Screen from inside?
 

I dropped my phone (driveway) and the screen cracked. Sprint is sending me a replacement device.

How can I make a backup of my phone. I want to install my spb backup program and access via pocket controller but when I put the usb in the storage card folder pop ups. I need activesync to be connected.

Any ideas? I want to make image of my phone and screen is cracked.

If you do not have a recent back up of your contacts you can take it to a sprint store and they can do it. you might even be able to use a tv out cord and do it that way if the touch part still works.

No problem, I had to do it myself when the ribbion cable to my screen broke.
