vzw tp needs to be reformated almost daily

im running the newest ssk and this seems to have happened with other roms as well. My touch pro runs perfect the day I flash it then it seems like the next day it is the biggest POS. Randomly freezes (especially when the keyboard is opened) what could be causing this? the only apps i have installed are XMLcontact back up and pocketshield. They are installed almost right away on the phone and work fine. Any ideas what causes this freezing?

have you tried a hard reset, or flashing back to stock? This usually fixes it, also if you have a lot of texts it will cause lag when texting and going through texts, also rotation can slow down.
Try not installing those two apps, cause the backup app can cause this if it backs up/restors frenquently

i flashed it back to stock yesterday then back to this. i have also tried a hard reset. XMLcontact back up only backs up when i tell it too i could uninstall the program and everything would still be fine contact wise.
