device wont connect to any computer

my phone will charge via the usb but wont actually sync. im going to call vzw about it, currently i have SSK on it should i bother reflashing it back to stock or leave it? If i got back to stock im having issues flashing it via the SD card. I cant find the file i need to put on it. I have the .exe file for stock from to be flashed via USB but not the file needed to flash via SD. Please help.

Re: device wont connect to any computer

you need winrar to be able to extract the .nbh file from the .exe file.

right click on the .exe and select open with>winrar
winrar will display a list of all files contained in the .exe. The file you are looking for is the .nbh file, most likely named RUU_Signed.nbh. Extract it to your desktop and rename it raphimg.nbh. Transfer it to your SD card, enter bootloader mode (with device off hold down power and volume down until you reach the tri color screen). Follow the onscreen prompts.

Go to Settings/Connections/USB to PC and make sure the "Disk Drive" is not checked.

Can you check it on another pc? Just to be sure its the device, and not activesync issue.

edit...Saw the title..lol. Try unchecking advanced network functionality in usb-pc settings.
