Follow that link to the VGA Theme section.
Most of them are cab files that you would just install on your HTC TP.
Just read the forms and you should be fine.

Well you posted a reply within this thread so that's a good start... This site is a "forum". you start a new thread (ONLY after searching for the answer to your question on Google or using PPC Geks search tool). So now we're in a "thread". you "post" within a thread. Kind of like a chat room, but a slower paced...
